Our venue, Eventology Event Venue, is fully equipped to accommodate a wide range of events, offering a selection of essential amenities for your convenience. We provide chairs, tables, and tablecloths, ensuring comfort and style for your guests. The space is characterized by elegant white walls with exposed gray bricks, creating a modern yet rustic/industrial ambiance. Our welcoming front area can be used for event announcements or decorated to suit your event's theme.

We recognize the significance of convenient parking for events, which is why Eventology Event Venue offers free on-site parking to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests. Our venue features ample on-site parking, accommodating up to 70 vehicles, effectively reducing any concerns about parking availability. Additionally, street parking is readily available and is within walking distance, offering further ease for your guests. This combination of on-site and nearby street parking options makes arriving and departing from your event at our venue hassle-free.

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Eventology Event Venue policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file per Eventology Event Venue policy.

FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Eventology Event Venue Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

At Eventology Event Venue, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients.

Please review our cancellation policy below;

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and guarantees your reserved date and time. In the event of cancellation, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

• Balance Payments: Any payments made toward the balance of your booking are non-refundable as well. This includes payments made beyond the initial deposit.

• Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event or modify the booking, we require a notice period of 72 hours. Cancellations made within this notice period will still be subject to the non-refundable deposit and any payments made toward the balance.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Eventology Event venue has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. 

We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
